Our beloved Ramona “Lydia” Vargas, 78, of Hartford, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013. Born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, she lived in Hartford over 40 years.
Lydia leaves three daughters, Lucy Rodriguez, Flor Lara and Elizabeth Ortiz; two sons, Edwin Lara and Jose Lara; one brother and three sisters; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons Jose Luiz Ortiz, and David Lara. Calling hours will be Friday, 5-8pm at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home.1084 New Britain Ave. West Hartford. Funeral services will begin on Saturday at 10AM. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
