The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rui Nogueira can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Your a MOTHER that wouldn't give in or up!! Your strong belief and yourself- allowed you to be at Rui's side every day, your decorating of your sons room for Thanksgiving and CHRIASTMAS these past 4 1/2 years.
Rui's FREEDOM is in God's hand and surrounding love. He is enjoying his music and in song that is now released from what was locked inside him for so long.
He lives a new LIFE..As he waits for you to lie next to him in many years to come, be happy, that he is free to sing with the Lord.
