Dorothy Tobin
Dorothy was born on September 8, 1945 to Mary A. Tobin (Sullivan) and Wm.
M. Tobin of West Hartford, CT. When she was born they told my parents she probably wouldn't live until her first birthday--- well, here it is 70 1/2 years later--- She sure proved a lot of people wrong! She was a petite women who generated a lot of love in all the people around her.
As the only living member of our immediate family left, I would like to profusely thank all of her friends at Noch Lane & Key Services for taking such good care of her & keeping her dignity intact through all her life journeys... & there were many instances of her quirky personality to attest to that fact!
A garden gathering was held for Dorothy at Noch Lane on June 30th. She was laid to rest next to our Mom & Dad, at Fairview Cemetery in West Hartford, on July 6th.
