Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Thomas Poulin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I was really saddened to hear last year of Tommy's passing a few years ago and wish that I had known sooner in order to pay my respects at the wake. We went to Our Lady of Sorrows together and I remember him as being a very nice young man who was always kind to everyone at school. I had a Mass said for him last year when I first found out but did not know where to send the Mass card. I am sorry for your loss.
