Anthony "Wayne" DiBella, 71, of Windsor Locks and formerly of West Hartford, beloved husband of Brenda (Bourgoin) DiBella, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016. Born in Hartford, he was involved in the family business, the Cypress Arms. He was predeceased by a daughter, Tina DiBella. The funeral and burial will be private.
