H. Renato "Ray" Rodrigues, 51, of Coventry, CT, beloved husband of Fadia (Abboud) Rodrigues, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 25, 2016. Born in Madeira Island, Portugal, son of Joseph and Irene Rodrigues, he came to the United States in1973 and the family settled in West Hartford. Ray attended Conard High School and the Porter & Chester Institute for Computer Science and pursued a successful career both in California and New England. Ray leaves his children, Joseph Elijah and Lea Susana; two sisters and five brother: Ana Levantis and husband, Chris, Grace Allum and husband, Peter, Rui and partner, Estere, Fernando and wife, Claudia, Nelio and wife, Cathy, Sergio and wife, Jodie and Roberto. He leaves many nieces and nephews who loved him very much. Ray also leaves many relatives throughout the U.S. and Madeira Island. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, (December 30, 2016), 1:30 pm at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 50 Kane St., Hartford, CT. All who knew Ray are welcome to attend.
