Condolence: We will sorely miss Janet, but fond memories remain. Janet was my flower girl at my wedding, and I thought at that time that I would like a daughter like her. (I did!)During her many visits as a child to NYC, I remember how much I like playing with her. In 2014 at Jes' wedding in London, Janet was so proud in representing her mom Jeanne. Remember, Naomi, at the Hindu Vedic wedding ceremony what the priest taught you as he entered the temple breaking the clay bowl. The breakage symbolizes that there will be hardships in life which we do not understand but must accept and be strong.

Condolence: So sad to hear this loss. Janet was always a very kind friend. I best remember both of us going over to present different projects at a science fair at UTK in ~9th grade (hers was on permeability of egg shells and had a demonstration of one submerged in a glass of water, but glued to a straw that when you blew you could see tiny air bubbles passing through the shell pores). And then there was debate club in high school that she put a ton of effort into organizing. Thank you and RIP Janet, and best wishes to your family.
