To Bill's family, I can still picture Bill behind the bar at the Elks Lodge in NB with a kind word or a joke for everyone who came in. He was friends with my dad and I hope the they are reminiscing about old times at the BPOE with all of our lost brothers. He was a kind man who always spoke of his family. My deepest condolences to your family on your loss he truly was a gentleman! Sincerely, Timothy Stewart(The Mayor)
