Obituary for Raymond "Ray" Aneiro

Raymond Aneiro, 83, of West Hartford, husband of Gemma (Roberge) Aneiro, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Jefferson House, Newington. Prior to his illness, Ray was employed by The Plastic Factory. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Korean War. He was a faithful parishioner of St. Mark the Evangelist Church and was an active member of the church’s Knights of Columbus council. He was a lifelong New York Yankees fan.
Ray is also survived by his daughters, Lisa, and Lynn (Tim Bennett); his grandchildren, Dan (Ariana) Karpuc, and Christina and Hayden Aneiro; his great granddaughter Kylie Karpuc; his sisters, Carole Mullen and Joan Skinner, and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hour is 9:30am to 10:30am on Tuesday, (February 6), at the Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00am at St. Mark the Evangelist Church, West Hartford. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford.
