Silveria Santos of West Hartford, beloved wife of Joaquim Santos, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018. Born in Santarem, Portugal, she lived in the Hartford area for over 46 years and was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hartford. Silveria loved children and loved her garden.
She is survived by two daughters, Maria Pires of West Hartford and Violet Carvalhal of West Hartford; a sister, Maria Julia Alexandre of Portugal; four grandchildren, Carlos Pires, Silvia Almada, Nancy Anderson and Paulo Ramos; four great-granddaughters, Caitlyn and Alyssa Anderson and Alexis and Avery Almada; two nephews, Helder and Rui Alexandre and a great niece, Monica Alexandre.
Funeral procession will be Tuesday, 10:30 am from the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 am at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hartford.
