Obituary for Doris Janet Peterson Strong (Tonski)

Doris J. (Tonski) Peterson Strong, 87, of West Hartford passed away peacefully on September 15, 2017. Doris was born in New Britain on February 26, 1930, daughter of the late Mabel and Frank Tonski. Doris was widowed twice by husbands Richard Peterson and Herbert Strong. She leaves behind and two daughters, Kim Donnelly of West Hartford and Lisa Granchelli of South Windsor; her brother, Richard Tonski in California; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doris was predeceased by two sons, Kip and Lief Peterson. A memorial service will held at Sheehan Hilborn Breen, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 11:00 am.
